Nor’ West Summer Smoothie

Berries are abundant in the summer time in the Pacific Northwest and are at their flavorful best when sun ripened.

Total time: 5 mins.     Prep time: 5 mins.     Yield: 2 servings


1/2 cup strawberries, hulled

1/2 cup blueberries

1/2 cup blackberries

1/2 cup raspberries

1 cup Greek vanilla yogurt

1/2 cup milk or orange juice

2 teaspoons honey (optional)



In a blender, puree until smooth.

Serve immediately.
